PPHE Hotel Group is a Guernsey registered company and through its subsidiaries, jointly controlled entities and associates, owns, leases, operates, franchises and develops full-service upscale, upper upscale and lifestyle hotels in major gateway cities, regional centres and select resort destinations, predominantly in Europe.
The majority of the Group's hotels operate under the Park Plaza® Hotels & Resorts or art'otel® brands. The Group has an exclusive licence from Radisson Hotel Group of the world's largest hotel groups, to develop and operate Park Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The art'otel® brand is wholly owned by the Group.
The Group has a controlling ownership interest (51.97% of the share capital) in Arena Hospitality Group, one of Croatia's best-known hospitality groups.
The Group's portfolio of owned, leased, managed and franchised hotels comprises 39 hotels offering a total of nearly 9,000 rooms. The Group's development pipeline includes two new hotels which are expected to add an additional 500 rooms by the end of 2022.

You have the opportunity to start up a completely new department, in an administrative role with many challenges. Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Support with establishing a HR Support Centre for the Netherlands region (8 properties) together with 2 other colleagues.
- To be responsible for all administration within the Human Resources department, ensuring a timely, efficient and accurate service is provided. For example administrative tasks related to: new starter documents, contract extensions, holiday/time off request, right to work documents, performance review forms, employee sickness, leaver paperwork, employee birthday gifts.
- To ensure all administrative on boarding processes are carried out accurately and in a timely manner, including reference requests
- To prepare all new starters papers for offers of employment such as offer letters, contracts, job descriptions, IT requests, inspiring stays and to ensure that all new starter information and employee change details are accurate and passed on to payroll for processing in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all leaver paperwork is completed and put in correctly and liaising where necessary with payroll
- Audit employee files to ensure all mandatory documents are present and follow up as required.
- To keep employee files (computer and paper) up to date, accurate and accessible.
- Prepare HR reports as and when required
- Support the HR Support Centre Manager in ensuring the HR systems are used correctly, being able to conduct basic maintenance and resolve first line issues
